Hail To Fire

“Hail To Fire” is the first song that I´ve written under the name of “Bloodred” and is now about 3 years old. It obviously does not represent what Bloodred is today, but I like to play this song once in a while (especially the first riff is fun to play). It was recorded with Garageband.

The lyrics are inspired by the “Ulldart” saga by Markus Heitz. For this I kinda merged two characters (yes, obviously I took the bad guys) from the books into one. The inspiration for the title came during a Metallica-show when they played “Creeping Death” and to me this song is somehow a hommage to them.
